Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Refuge! If for any reason you do not absolutely love your items, we will gladly issue you STORE CREDIT for your online purchase.

After 14 business days your item will not be eligible for a return.

ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED WE DO NOT CANCEL

Items purchased under the sale tab are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.

Customers are responsible for return costs: We only accept USPS and UPS returns!!

**make sure you include your packing slip in your return.

ALL products must be in perfect, unworn condition with tag still attached. Shoes must be in box and show no signs of wear.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept any bodysuits or swimsuits for return. All accessories are FINAL SALE. All items that are purchased in the sale collection are final sale and CANNOT be returned.

If a final sale item is returned or if you send back an item after the 30 days you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and it will be taken off of your store credit.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged please report it to us within 2-3 days of your order receipt. We will need photo proof of the damage emailed to info@refugeboutique.com.
